Rob has been deep in the hybrid racing world for years. Basketball first, then gym, then CrossFit, then the moment someone said "you should try this Hyrox thing" and everything changed. He's raced. He's suffered. He's stared at a sled that refused to move and questioned every life decision that led to that moment. He's chasing times, shaving seconds, and still waiting for the sub-60 to land. It's close. Painfully close. But that's kind of the point.

Jona is the other side of the coin. Soccer with friends. A bike ride when the weather allows it. Tennis when someone asks. The occasional HIIT session that was supposed to be "light" but never is - usually because Rob programmed it. He hasn't done a competition. He's not planning one anytime soon. But he trains, he stays moving, and he knows exactly what it feels like to be mid-set wondering why you agreed to this.

HY3 started because Rob kept looking for gear that matched how the sport actually feels. Not the highlight reel version. Not the "embrace the grind" version. The real version - where you're proud and wrecked and already thinking about signing up again while your legs are still filing a complaint.

Everything out there was either elite performance branding or generic gym wear. Nothing spoke to the 95% in between. The ones who take the training seriously but don't take themselves seriously. The ones who know the stations by heart - and by trauma.

So we built it. A brand for the athletes who show up, survive, joke about it, and come back for more. Not because we had a business plan. Because we needed this to exist and nobody else was making it.
